Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account or use Vibra Padel, we may collect your name, username, email address, password, phone number, profile photo, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, account type, bio, home venue, social links, and any other information you voluntarily submit.
Match and Video Content
When you use Vibra Padel to record or upload matches, we may collect video recordings, audio captured in recordings, recording metadata (such as timestamp, device info, orientation, and duration), generated highlight clips, and processing outputs derived from recordings.
Social / Platform Activity Data
We may collect posts, comments, likes, shares, tagged players, follow relationships, and communications with support.
Automatically Collected Data
We may automatically collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, app version, crash logs, usage analytics, feature interaction data, referral attribution data, and website cookies/tracking technologies.

5. Video & Highlight Content
Because Vibra Padel involves recording real-world matches, you are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of those being recorded where required by law. By uploading video to Vibra Padel, you confirm you have the right to upload and process that content. We process uploaded videos to generate highlights and related features. We may retain uploaded footage and generated highlights for service operation, reliability, and product improvement unless deleted.

We may share information with other users where you choose to make content visible, with third-party service providers who help us operate Vibra Padel, where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the business.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, improve and maintain the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Welcome to Vibra Padel (“Vibra Padel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vibra Padel mobile application, website, and related services.
By using Vibra Padel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vibra Padel.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Vibra Padel. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. Recording Matches and Uploading Content
Vibra Padel allows users to record and upload match footage in order to generate highlights and share content.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
You have the right to record and upload the footage
You have obtained any consent required from individuals appearing in the footage
Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
4. Content Ownership and Licence
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vibra Padel.
However, by uploading content, you grant Vibra Padel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content for the purposes of:
Operating the platform
Generating highlights and related features
Improving the service
Promoting Vibra Padel, unless you request otherwise in writing
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
Use Vibra Padel for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
Interfere with or disrupt the platform

7. Mounts and Physical Equipment
If Vibra Padel provides or sells physical mounts or equipment:
Use all equipment at your own risk
You are responsible for ensuring mounts are installed and used safely
Vibra Padel is not liable for injury, property damage, or device damage arising from misuse or improper installation
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Vibra Padel at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We believe your use poses risk to the platform or other users
We discontinue the service
You may stop using Vibra Padel at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Vibra Padel platform, branding, software, design, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Vibra Padel.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibra Padel and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Damage arising from your use of the platform, recording equipment, or reliance on highlights/content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or £100 if no amount was paid.

Your uploaded content

How to delete your account and data
You can delete your Vibra Padel account and all associated data at any time directly from within the app:
1. Open Vibra Padel
2. Go to the You tab
3. Tap Edit Profile
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, age, skill level, photo, and preferences)
- Your match history and associated data
- All videos and highlights you have uploaded
- Your posts, comments, and interactions
- Your email address and login credentials
Deletion timeline
Account and profile data is deleted immediately upon request. Uploaded videos and media are removed from our servers within 30 days.
